You pay for a freelance project before work begins. Stripe processes the payment, but the seller is not paid simply because checkout is complete. Payout follows delivery, approval and any review or dispute checks that apply to the project.
This is a plain-language summary. The applicable NexoRush terms, refund policy and mandatory law govern each transaction.

This page explains the basics. The policies below contain the terms that apply to purchases, projects, refunds and seller payouts.
Approve the work, ask for an included revision or report a problem through the project page.
The seller becomes eligible for payout after the project is completed and any review or dispute checks are finished.
A dispute pauses the usual completion and payout flow while the project record and evidence are reviewed. Eligible refunds follow the refund policy.
Tax is separate from the marketplace fee. Where applicable, checkout calculates tax using the information provided for the purchase. You will see the final total before you pay.
