Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on NexoRush, operated by GlobalBay. NexoRush acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions and has full authority over payment processing, refunds, and dispute resolution.

Digital Products

All products sold on NexoRush are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, except where required by applicable law or in cases of product non-conformity.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

This right expires once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By purchasing digital products on NexoRush, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted.

* This does not affect your statutory legal guarantee rights under Dutch and EU law if a product is found to be defective.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be granted at NexoRush's sole discretion if requested within 30 days of purchase in the following cases:

• The product is materially different from its description
• The files are corrupted or unusable due to a technical issue
• Duplicate purchases were made in error

When Refunds Are Not Available

• The buyer changed their mind after purchase
• The buyer lacks the technical ability to use the product
• The product functions as described
• The product has been accessed, downloaded, or used

Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may seek out-of-court redress through a competent ADR body or European Consumer Centre. See the European Commission ADR guidance. You may also contact the Dutch authority: Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM).
