Licensing Terms

These Licensing Terms define how digital products purchased on NexoRush, operated by GlobalBay, may be used. By purchasing a product, you agree to the applicable license terms described on this page and any additional terms specified on the product page.

These terms should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Copyright Policy.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Purchasing a product on NexoRush grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, remain with the original seller or creator at all times.

Licenses granted under these terms are non-exclusive and non-transferable, meaning they apply only to the purchasing account and may not be assigned, sold, or passed on to any third party unless explicitly permitted in writing by NexoRush or the seller.

2. Personal License

A Personal License allows you to use a product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Permitted uses:

• Use in personal projects
• Use for learning, education, or self-improvement
• Use in non-commercial portfolios or personal websites

Not permitted:

• Commercial use or client work of any kind
• Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing
• Sharing source files with third parties
• Use in products or services that generate revenue

3. Commercial License

A Commercial License allows you to use a product for business purposes, including client work and revenue-generating projects.

Permitted uses:

• Use in commercial projects and client work
• Integration into websites, apps, or digital products
• Use in products or services that generate revenue
• Use across multiple projects by the same licensee

Not permitted:

• Resale or redistribution as a standalone product
• Sublicensing or sharing source files with third parties
• Use in a product that directly competes with the original product
• White-labeling or rebranding for resale without written permission

4. General Restrictions

The following are prohibited under all license types unless explicitly authorized:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing products or source files
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting components beyond the license scope
• Modifying and redistributing the product as if it were your own original work
• Using products in illegal, harmful, or unethical activities
• Using products to train AI or machine learning models without explicit written permission
• Listing or selling the product on competing marketplaces
• Removing or altering any copyright notices or attributions included in the product

5. License Termination

Your license to use a product is granted upon purchase and remains in effect unless terminated. A license will be automatically revoked if you:

• Violate any of the terms of the applicable license
• Use the product in a manner not permitted by your license tier
• Engage in fraudulent activity related to the purchase

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the product and delete all copies in your possession. NexoRush reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for license violations.

6. Product-Specific License Terms

Each product may include specific licensing details on its product page. In the event of a conflict between these general Licensing Terms and the product-specific license, the product-specific terms will prevail.

Buyers are encouraged to review the product page carefully before purchase to understand any additional restrictions or permissions that may apply.
