Counts the hours clients pay for
Your working week and your billable week are rarely the same. The calculator keeps them separate.
Add what you need to earn, what it costs to run your business and how much client work you can fit in. We’ll do the maths.

A freelance week includes more than paid delivery. There are calls, proposals, emails, invoices and gaps between jobs. Your client hours need to pay for that time too.
Once you have a starting rate, look at the actual job. A clear, repeatable task may cost less. Specialist work, a short deadline or several rounds of changes may cost more.
This is a planning tool, not tax or financial advice. It does not calculate VAT, income tax or fees paid by the buyer.
