I am highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Workspace, data management, reporting, and digital documentation. I can create professional spreadsheets, trackers, reports, forms, databases, templates, and organized documentation that make information easier to manage and decisions easier to make. I also provide IT support and technical troubleshooting, including computer systems, software, networks, user support, and general technology-related tasks.
