About this service
An overflowing business email inbox causes missed opportunities and delayed responses. I build custom, intelligent AI Inbox Managers using n8n that function as your 24/7 automated administrative assistant.
WHAT THIS AI INBOX MANAGER HANDLES:
- Smart Categorization: Automatically scans and applies relevant labels (e.g., Lead, Support, Urgent, Spam) to your incoming emails.
- Automated Drafting: Generates contextual, professional response drafts matching your unique business tone, ready for your one-click approval.
- Instant Mobile Alerts: Syncs with Telegram or Slack to ping your phone immediately the exact second a high-value customer email hits your inbox.
- Lead Extraction: Automatically extracts contact names, emails, and phone numbers from unstructured messages and saves them directly to your CRM or Google Sheets.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU TO BEGIN:
1. A clear breakdown of your inbox label rules (how you want messages categorized).
2. Secure webhook access or API connection credentials to your email host (Gmail/Outlook).
3. Your OpenAI API credentials to anchor the backend routing models.
