I'm a Python Backend Developer with a strong focus on building real, production-ready systems not just side projects or tutorials. Over the past few years I've shifted from Computer Engineering into backend development and AI, and honestly it's the best decision I've made. I genuinely enjoy the problem-solving side of this work.
My day-to-day revolves around two things building solid backend systems and creating intelligent AI-powered tools. On the backend side I work with Django and FastAPI to build scalable REST APIs, design PostgreSQL databases that actually perform well under load, and handle everything from authentication and role-based access to payment integrations and admin dashboards. I've built a full Sales CRM from scratch, a content subscription platform with PayPal integration, and a custom BI platform that works like an in-house version of Tableau all closed source, all in production.
The AI side is where things get really interesting for me. I build AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph that don't just chat they actually do things. My favorite project so far is a Healthcare Data Analyst Chatbot where a doctor or admin can ask something like "how many new patients did we get this week?" and the agent figures out the right database tables, writes the SQL, runs it, and returns the answer in plain English. That kind of work where AI meets real data is what I find most exciting right now.
I also have hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using ChromaDB, Google Gemini API, and OpenAI API. My Career Bot project is a good example it reads your resume, understands it deeply, and can generate personalized cover letters automatically.
