About this service
If you have data stuck in PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, or messy text files and need it extracted, cleaned, and structured — that's exactly what this service covers.
I've worked on data preprocessing pipelines at SOCO Engineers transforming raw textual and numerical data into structured formats, and I've built a CV parser as part of my Career Bot project that handles PDF and text-based resume ingestion.
WHAT I DELIVER:
✔ File parsing — PDF, DOCX, CSV, JSON, TXT, HTML
✔ Data cleaning and transformation using pandas
✔ Structured data extraction (text, tables, fields)
✔ Database storage (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
✔ Scheduled or automated script execution
✔ Clean, commented Python code with setup instructions
COMMON USE CASES:
— Extract data from PDF invoices, forms, or reports
— Parse CVs/resumes and save to a database
— Clean and reformat messy spreadsheet data
— Automate repetitive copy-paste workflows
— Batch process hundreds of files automatically
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
— Sample files to work with
— Description of what data you need extracted
— Where you want the output (database, CSV, JSON, etc.)
