About this service
Building a CRM or SaaS product from scratch is a big undertaking — and the backend is where most projects go wrong. Poorly designed database schemas, slow queries, and messy API structures are problems that are expensive to fix later.
I've built a complete Sales CRM in production that handles companies, contacts, leads, pipelines, deals, proposals, contracts, tasks, and analytics dashboards — with multi-user access and subscription management. I know what these systems need because I've already built one.
WHAT I DELIVER:
✔ Full Django backend with REST API
✔ PostgreSQL schema design — optimized for your data model
✔ User management with roles and permissions
✔ Subscription or billing logic (with payment gateway integration)
✔ Admin dashboard backend
✔ Analytics and reporting endpoints
✔ Clean, modular, well-documented code
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
— Feature list and user roles your system needs
— Any existing designs or wireframes
— Preferred payment gateway (if needed)
NOT INCLUDED:
— Deployment/hosting setup
— Third-party CRM migration
